No one will ever confuse Domino's for fine dining, yet this location does a perfectly fine job serving its customers. Orders are prepared on-time, and exactly as requested. Good selection of ingredients and menu items to choose from. Pricing is reasonable, especially with coupons. I also believe that ordering is more efficient and easier to place if you go on-line than it is to call; works like a charm for me! I will also note that within the past year Domino's, in general, has made a concerted effort to step-up its game and improve the product served, and that is a good thing. Go Domino's!

A severely screwed up order. After waiting over an hour. Called and asked for it to be corrected and that I was not waiting another hour. Pizza never came. A call to corporate prompted a call to me from the owner who promised to refund my money and send coupons for my next order. MONEY WAS NEVER REFUNDED! Coupons never came. Nobody from the store will call me back. This is not the first issue I have had with this store. Never again. Piss poor management. They need to be shut down.

This Domino's delivers consistency. While it isn't the greatest pizza you'll ever have, they know how to make the pizza the way I ask it to be made. Also It get's delivered in a timely manner, even on large orders. Now I would give it a 3 star rating however having been to a few other domino's that are absolutely terrible I feel this needs to be reviewed compared to those ones. Friends of mine who order from a different domino's in the Brockton area that I had invited over for a poker night were surprised at how much better this one was comparatively

I remember seeing a YouTube clip where Dominos used drones to deliver a pizza. I believe the real drones are the folks in the store here at good ol' 225 Bedford Street. Let's explore... Online order says 15-25 minutes. Had to call after an hour to ask what's up. I felt I was inconveniencing the guy answering the phone. Gave it ten more minutes and called again. At this stage, failed to buy the "when I call the driver he doesn't answer" line. The check is in the mail too, I'm sure. When the driver pitched up, the pizza was cold and overcooked as was his attitude. Thankfully this order is getting refunded as cheedar cheese melted on a Ritz would've made a better pizza. If anything I feel guilty for not calling Viking or Johnny Mac's--who I certainly will be in the future for certain. If I'm the owner or manager of the store and happen to be reading this and happen to give a toss about customer service and loyalty/service within the community - a) the guys working between 11:50 and 1:30 PM need a speaking too. b) consider some remedial training on the following dimensions: 1) on time delivery 2) order to promise 3) customer service and general charm school It also might not hurt to give a drug test too as the driver was a bit off and drove erratically down my driveway.

You know what, this Domino's is good, which is surprising because Domino's Pizza isn't really that good. I recently ordered from here and I got the wrong sandwich, where I complained on their online forum. They called and gave me a credit for another sub for the next time I go here, which is good business. The pizza is better than it has been, the sauce is more tangy - which I like - it's a nice improvement. Again, another nice departure from the bar pies. The sandwiches are impressive, so I do recommend the chicken bacon ranch sandwich as well as the buffalo chicken. My father has had their italian sausage and he thinks it was excellent. The chicken kickers and all of Domino's normal sides are O.K., but the cinesticks are very good for desert. Cactus Approved.
